近日，上海交通大學(xué)安泰經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院接到了來自歐洲質(zhì)量改進(jìn)體系（European Quality Improvement System，EQUIS）總部的賀電，宣布安泰順利通過第五次EQUIS再認(rèn)證評估，并再次榮獲五年最高期認(rèn)證。這不僅標(biāo)志著安泰的綜合實(shí)力、國際化辦學(xué)水平以及與業(yè)界的緊密聯(lián)系再次得到國際權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)的高度認(rèn)可，更充分體現(xiàn)了學(xué)院近年來在全球商學(xué)教育領(lǐng)域所做出的杰出貢獻(xiàn)和取得的優(yōu)異成績。

Recently, Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM), Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), received official congratulations from EQUIS and was awarded the fifth successful re-accreditation with a maximum five-year term. This achievement reaffirms Antai's comprehensive strengths in areas such as internationalization and industry engagement while recognizing its significant progress in global business education.

2024年7月16日至18日，由4位國際認(rèn)證專家組成的EQUIS評估專家組對安泰進(jìn)行了為期3天的實(shí)地考察與評估。上海交通大學(xué)校長、中國科學(xué)院院士丁奎嶺，文科建設(shè)處處長吳文鋒，安泰經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院院長陳方若、黨委書記姜文寧，以及學(xué)校研究生院、教務(wù)處、國際合作與交流處等部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成員出席了各項(xiàng)認(rèn)證活動(dòng)。此次評估專家組成員包括墨西哥自治技術(shù)學(xué)院(ITAM)商學(xué)院院長Francisco Pérez-González教授、早稻田大學(xué)商學(xué)院院長Hitoshi Takehara教授、薩格勒布大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與商業(yè)學(xué)院院長Sanja Sever Mali?教授，以及新加坡ASM公司人才與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力總監(jiān)Ka (Betty) Lau博士。

From July 16 to 18, 2024, an EQUIS Peer Review Team of four experts conducted a three-day on-site assessment. Shanghai Jiao Tong University President Kuiling DING, Director of Liberal Arts Development Wenfeng WU, Antai College of Economics and Management Dean Fangruo CHEN, Party Secretary Wenning JIANG, as well as leaders from the Graduate School, Academic Affairs Office, and Office of International Affairs, among others, participated in various accreditation activities. The peer-review team included Dean Francisco Pérez-González from ITAM Business School (Mexico), Dean Hitoshi Takehara from Waseda Business School (Japan), Dean Sanja Sever Mali? from the University of Zagreb (Croatia), and an industry expert Ka (Betty) Lau from Singapore ASM.

評估期間，專家組與校院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、教師代表、學(xué)院各部門和辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目代表、學(xué)生代表、校友代表、企業(yè)代表等開展了22場交流座談，并現(xiàn)場考察了學(xué)院的教學(xué)和科研設(shè)施。評估涵蓋了EQUIS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的十個(gè)重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域，包括戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、項(xiàng)目設(shè)置、學(xué)生管理、師資建設(shè)、科研發(fā)展、高管教育、資源管理、國際化戰(zhàn)略、社會責(zé)任與可持續(xù)發(fā)展、企業(yè)聯(lián)系等。

在最終的評估反饋會上，專家組對安泰近年來的發(fā)展與建設(shè)成績給予了充分肯定和高度評價(jià)，認(rèn)為學(xué)院在行業(yè)研究、師資建設(shè)、國際化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等方面展現(xiàn)了領(lǐng)先實(shí)力，完善的校友網(wǎng)絡(luò)也彰顯了學(xué)院對學(xué)生和校友工作的高度重視。專家組特別指出，安泰各部門的通力配合、全院上下的共同努力是學(xué)院取得優(yōu)異發(fā)展成績的關(guān)鍵因素。

陳方若表示，EQUIS再認(rèn)證對安泰具有重要意義，專家組的敬業(yè)和專業(yè)給學(xué)院師生留下了深刻印象。下一步，學(xué)院將認(rèn)真研究專家組的指導(dǎo)和建議，不斷提升辦學(xué)水平和綜合實(shí)力，堅(jiān)定不移把安泰建設(shè)成扎根中國的世界級商學(xué)院。

University and college leaders, faculty, students, alumni, and corporate representatives participated in about 22 exchange sessions with the experts. The evaluation covered ten key EQUIS standards: strategic planning, programs, faculty, research, corporate connections, etc.

In their feedback, the experts praised Antai's progress in industry research, faculty development, internationalization, and sustainability. They highlighted the college's strong alumni networks and commended the collaborative efforts across departments.

Dean Chen commented on the accreditation, “The EQUIS re-accreditation process has been an enriching and insightful experience for us. The professionalism and dedication of the Peer Review Team are truly admirable. We look forward to leveraging your insights to strengthen further Antai's position as a leading business school firmly rooted in China with a growing global impact.”

EQUIS認(rèn)證是國際上最具影響力的商學(xué)教育認(rèn)證之一，擁有嚴(yán)格的評估流程和高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的評估體系。EQUIS認(rèn)證結(jié)果分為不通過、三年期認(rèn)證和五年期認(rèn)證，其中五年期認(rèn)證是EQUIS對商學(xué)院的最高評價(jià)，表明該商學(xué)院全面符合EQUIS標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并具有較強(qiáng)的國際競爭力。安泰自2008年首次通過EQUIS認(rèn)證以來，已連續(xù)五次獲得認(rèn)證。

Since 2005, Antai has initiated its accreditation process, including AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA. These accreditations have continuously improved Antai's mission, strategies, teaching, research, and management practices.

This EQUIS re-accreditation marks a significant milestone in Antai's internationalization. It reflects the college's global efforts and provides momentum towards its goal of becoming a world-class business school. Antai will leverage this achievement to advance its international standing further and contribute to business education development in China and globally.
