一、課程結(jié)構(gòu)上,本課程共16門課(48學(xué)分),包含兩次企業(yè)考察;其中一次考察香港的知名企業(yè);另一次赴海外與當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)及知名大學(xué)交流。課程全程采用綜合教學(xué)方法,每月連續(xù)四天集中學(xué)習(xí)(“考察周”則可能歷時(shí)5~7天),一般為周四至周日,以使身為企業(yè)高管的學(xué)員在繁忙的工作中亦能專注于課程學(xué)習(xí)。
二、課程內(nèi)容上主要分為四大模塊:(1)基礎(chǔ)模塊,包括管理經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),計(jì)量方法,財(cái)務(wù)管理,人力資源管理,營銷管理和商業(yè)法律;(2)管理模塊,包括運(yùn)營與供應(yīng)鏈戰(zhàn)略,策略咨詢系統(tǒng),工商管理問題研討;(3)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力模塊,包括創(chuàng)新策略管理,企業(yè)策略,商業(yè)談判,市場(chǎng)情報(bào)管理;(4)增值模塊,包括公司管理(香港考察),環(huán)球工商管理考察研究。
三、課程之畢業(yè)要求
(1)學(xué)員所有課的平均成績(jī)(GPA)需要達(dá)到最少2.5分;(2)如學(xué)員在一學(xué)期內(nèi)的平均成績(jī)(GPA)低于2.5分,該學(xué)員將在選學(xué)期被列為試讀生;(3)任何一門分?jǐn)?shù)相當(dāng)于或低于D+,需要重修或經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)后選修另一門課。
First, for the curriculum structure, the course contains a total of 16 subjects (48 credits), including two business visits, one of which is visiting the well-known Hong Kong enterprises, and another one is overseas and visit local enterprises and also communicate with some of the well-known universities. The course will take a comprehensive teaching method and focus on learning for four consecutive days each month ("Study Week" may last 5 to 7 days), usually from Thursday to Sunday, so that students who are executives are in busy work Can also focus on the course learning.
Second, the course content is divided into four modules: (1) basic modules, including management economics, measurement methods, financial management, human resources management, marketing management and business law; (2) management modules, including operations and supply chain, strategy consulting system, Issues on business administration; (3) leadership modules, including strategic management, business strategy, business negotiation, market intelligence management; (4) value-added modules, including corporate management (Hong Kong inspection), Global Business Administration investigation study.
Third, the graduation requirements of the course
(1)The GPA of all the courses of the students need to reach at least 2.5 points;
(2) If the average grade (GPA) of a student is less than 2.5 points in a semester, the participant will be listed as a pilot student at the semester;
(3) If any of the student’s course score is equal to or below D +, he or she needs to be retrained or chooses another course after approval.
